Sow & Grow Revolution is a response to our changing society and climate-it has been created to serve a purpose to anyone who wishes to design and live a more natural way of life. One which is grounded in the laws of nature, a willingness to learn from nature and the desire to protect and nurture our future relationship with our mother earth.

Our purpose is to spread the message about regenerative and  natural practices of living. Our main focus is on growing food and fostering the land-however, every action we take in our daily lives has an impact on our environment, even how we interact with people, how broad our study of life is and how we think about ourselves in relation to these things outside of us.

Creation is within all of us; it fills our very beings from the day we are born and that will and desire to explore and understand is innate. Modern society has slowly eroded this connection with our source, nature, the soil, oceans and rivers and ultimately our own humanity.

I believe we are all born Stewards of the Earth and it is our right and freedom to enjoy it’s beauty and complexity and share and contribute to it’s health and abundance.
